‘Green MiCred Pathways’ seeks to provide a micro-credential green skills framework informed by experts from industry, education, and training, which can facilitate adults to reskill/upskill within a lifelong learning paradigm to improve employment opportunities. The project contributes to the development of a flexible and inclusive learning and teaching approach to support low skilled adult learners acquire work relevant skills to enable active participation in the green economy.
